A very clean and modern top floor apartment close to Derby City Centre. 10 minutes walk into the city (shops/bars etc) and only 3 minutes walk to a large Lidl supermarket. There is on street parking just outside the apartment and also a free parking space at the rear. The top floor is accessed with two lifts (one each side of the building) as well as stairs. Two bedrooms with one small double and one kingsize, wardrobes, bedside cabinets. Bedding/sheets/towels are provided. Living/Kitchen open plan area - large corner sofa, TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Washing machine/cooker/tall fridge freezer, microwave, pots pans, cups/plates/knifes etc etc. Intercom access from front of building. Bathroom - (this is separate and not on-suite) has toilet/sink and electric shower over bath. Heaters in all rooms. I only rent out the entire apartment to one lady at a time. You will therefore have access to both bedrooms (one for sleeping/one for working).
